Blastocyst

Our team is constantly looking at new ways to improve IVF and associated technology.  To this end we are in constant contact with world leaders in new developments in IVF technology.
  • Freezing is a very useful tool in embryo production programs.  Freezing of IVF embryos has been a major problem and we have particularly concentrated on achieving good pregnancy rates after freezing.  To assist us in achieving that goal, the Animal Reproduction Company has been successful in securing a two year Aus - Industry Grant which will enable us to investigate more reliable techniques for freezing IVF embryos.

  • We are currently developing technology with sex sorted sperm with XY Inc (USA).  When this technology becomes commerically available in Australia, we will be able to produce single sex embryos (male or female) using the sex sorted semen to fertilise oocytes collected from donor calves or cows.  For further information on this exciting technology please contact Dr Richard Fry on Mobile 0427 686 169
